Low-speed sound-proof granulators are specialized recycling units designed for rigid and brittle plastics such as PC, Nylon, and ABS. Operating at a precise 20–25 rpm with high torque, these machines utilize a non-mesh design and staggered teeth cutters to achieve a "nibbling" action rather than high-speed impact. This mechanical approach ensures long service life and a quiet operating environment, effectively eliminating the overheating and excessive wear common in traditional high-speed grinding.

In terms of material quality, these units produce a highly uniform regrind with a particle size nearly identical to virgin pellets. By avoiding the friction associated with screens, the process generates minimal powder pollution and "fines," which are the primary culprits for black spots or bubbles in precision injection molding.
